Stan Chia is Chief Executive Officer of Housecall Pro and a technology executive, board director, and operator with more than two decades of experience building and scaling digital marketplaces, consumer platforms, and AI-enabled businesses.

Previously, Stan served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Vivid Seats, where he led the company through significant growth, strategic expansion, and its public market debut. Prior to Vivid Seats, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Grubhub and held leadership roles at Amazon, Cisco, and General Electric.

Stan also co-founded sterra AI, an operator-led exploration of practical AI and modern operating systems for service businesses. That work helped sharpen his conviction that AI can create real leverage for service operators and independent business owners.
